BJJ is built around ground fighting skills and the concept that a smaller and weaker person can use leverage, joint-locks and chokeholds to defend against a larger and stronger opponent.

On the strength training and cardio side, Impact MMA’s “Bags and Bars” classes are an exciting mix of circuit training with weights and cardio in the form of kickboxing. People of all different skill levels and fitness levels can get leaner and stronger with this workout.

We also offer training in Muay Thai, KickFit and boxing, as well as fitness classes for kids — because it’s not too early to begin learning about fitness and self-defense!
